Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
Courses & Access
On successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the enrolled course and its materials for personal, non-commercial learning during the applicable access period. Course content, schedules, mentors, and features may be updated or modified from time to time to improve the learning experience.
Payments
All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours. Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including videos, PDFs, tool kits, text, graphics, logos, and course material — is the property of Raja Rani Coaching or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course material without prior written permission. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, share your account with others, upload unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. The Company reserves the right to remove content and suspend access for any breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, the Information Technology Act, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, and other relevant laws. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
