Raja Rani Coaching primarily offers digital educational products. This policy explains how course access and any physical items are delivered.
Digital Course Delivery
Our courses and learning materials are delivered digitally. On successful payment, access is granted through our website and mobile application, and login details (where applicable) are sent to your registered email address. Access is usually activated immediately or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Physical Items (Tool Kits)
Where a course includes a physical Tool Kit, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at the time of enrolment. Physical items are generally shipped within 7 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the courier's serviceability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. During certain promotional offers, the cost of the Tool Kit may already be included in the course fee.
Non-Delivery or Issues
If you do not receive access to your course or a physical item within the expected timeline, please contact us at support@rajaranicoaching.com with your Full Name, Registered Email ID, Course Name, and Transaction ID, and our team will assist you.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, the Information Technology Act, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, and other relevant laws. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
