1. Purpose and Scope
Raja Rani Coaching Private Limited ("Company", "Raja Rani Coaching", "RRC", "we", "us" or "our") primarily provides digital educational products and services. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital course access, electronic learning materials and any physical Tool Kit or other item expressly included with an eligible course are delivered.
This Policy applies to purchases made through the Company website, mobile application, learning management system or another authorised sales channel (collectively, the "Platform"). It must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, the applicable Refund Policy, the course description, checkout disclosures and any order-specific communication.
Where a course does not expressly state that a physical item is included, the purchase will be treated as a digital-only enrolment. A promotional image, demonstration video or reference to tools used during training does not by itself mean that those tools are included in the course fee.
2. Definitions
- "Digital Course" means any course, class, recording, document, assignment, assessment, community feature or learning material delivered electronically through the Platform or an authorised communication channel.
- "Tool Kit" means a physical kit, material, tool, sample or other item expressly identified as included with a specific course or offer.
- "Business Day" means a day on which the Company's relevant operations are ordinarily open, excluding Sundays and public holidays applicable at the dispatch location, unless otherwise stated.
- "Delivery Address" means the complete shipping address submitted and confirmed by the learner at enrolment or checkout.
3. Digital Course Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, digital course access is usually activated immediately or within 24 hours. Access may be provided through the learner's registered Platform account, website, mobile application, learning management system, registered email address, registered mobile number or another authorised method stated at enrolment.
- The payment must be successfully received and not remain pending, failed, reversed, disputed or subject to additional verification.
- Where a course has a scheduled batch date, orientation date, prerequisite, identity-verification requirement or staged content release, access may begin according to that stated schedule rather than immediately after payment.
- Login credentials, activation links and notices will be sent only to the contact details provided during enrolment. The learner must check spam, junk and promotional folders and ensure that the registered information is correct.
- The learner is responsible for maintaining compatible internet access, a supported device, current software and secure account credentials.
4. Access Period and Platform Availability
Digital access is provided for the access period displayed in the course description, order confirmation or learner account. Access is not perpetual unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing. Expiry, completion, suspension or termination of access will be governed by the applicable course conditions and Terms & Conditions.
The Company may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, security updates, platform migration or technical changes. Temporary interruption does not constitute non-delivery where the Company restores access or provides a reasonable alternative within an appropriate period, subject to applicable law.
5. Physical Tool Kit Eligibility and Contents
A physical Tool Kit will be supplied only where it is expressly included in the selected course, package, invoice, order confirmation or written promotional offer. The course page or checkout disclosure should be reviewed before payment.
- The contents and quantity of the Tool Kit will be those stated for the applicable course or offer.
- Reasonable substitutions may be made where a listed brand, shade, size, packaging format or substantially similar component is temporarily unavailable, provided the educational purpose and material value are not materially reduced.
- Any item described as optional, recommended, demonstrated, downloadable or separately purchasable is not included unless expressly confirmed in the order.
- Tool Kits are intended for the enrolled learner and may not be resold as Company-authorised merchandise.
6. Shipping Address and Serviceability
The learner must provide a complete, accurate and serviceable Delivery Address, including the recipient name, mobile number, house or premises details, street, area, landmark where necessary, city, district, state and postal code.
- Address corrections must be requested before dispatch. The Company will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but cannot guarantee a change after the order has been packed, handed to the courier or assigned a tracking number.
- Delivery is subject to courier availability and serviceability at the destination. Where the address is not serviceable, the Company may request an alternative address, arrange another reasonable delivery method or take another appropriate step permitted by law.
- Any additional cost caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or an unrequested return to origin may be charged to the learner where the failure is attributable to the learner and such charge is permitted by law.
7. Dispatch and Estimated Delivery Timelines
Where a course includes a physical Tool Kit, the Company generally aims to dispatch it within 7 business days after successful payment confirmation, verification of the order and receipt of a complete serviceable address.
After dispatch, delivery is generally expected within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, courier network, local serviceability and operational conditions. These periods are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Dispatch or delivery may take longer during public holidays, high-volume promotional periods, stock reconciliation, address verification, remote-area service, courier disruption, weather events, transport restrictions, natural events, governmental action or other circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.
- A delay in physical Tool Kit delivery does not automatically delay digital course access unless the Company expressly states that the Tool Kit is required before a specific practical activity.
- Where a material delay occurs, the Company may provide an updated estimate, tracking information or another reasonable solution according to the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Shipping Charges, Taxes and Promotional Inclusions
Any shipping charge payable by the learner will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment. During a promotional offer, the Tool Kit cost or shipping cost may be included in the course fee where the offer expressly states this.
Applicable taxes, invoice treatment and shipping-related charges will be handled in accordance with the order summary, tax invoice and applicable law. A promotion available at one time, location, course or sales channel does not create an entitlement to the same pricing or shipping arrangement for another order.
9. Tracking and Delivery Attempts
Where tracking is available, the Company or courier may send a tracking number or delivery update to the registered contact details. Tracking information is generated and updated by the courier and may not always reflect real-time movement.
- The recipient should remain available at the Delivery Address and respond to reasonable courier calls or delivery notifications.
- The courier may request identity confirmation, delivery code, signature or other reasonable proof of receipt.
- The learner must not share a delivery OTP or code unless the parcel is being lawfully accepted by the learner or an authorised recipient.
- Delivery records, recipient confirmation and courier scans may be used as evidence of delivery, but the Company will review a genuine and promptly reported dispute in accordance with applicable law.
10. Non-Delivery, Lost Shipment or Returned Parcel
If a Tool Kit is not delivered within the expected period, the learner should contact the Company promptly so that the shipment can be traced with the courier. The Company may require a reasonable investigation period and supporting information before determining the appropriate resolution.
- Where the courier confirms loss or non-delivery and the learner provided a correct serviceable address, the Company may arrange re-dispatch, replacement or another legally appropriate remedy.
- Where the parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, recipient refusal, unavailability after reasonable attempts or failure to cooperate with the courier, re-shipping may be subject to availability and an additional charge where permitted by law.
- The Company is not responsible for delay caused solely by the learner's failure to provide requested address confirmation, identity information, delivery instructions or cooperation required to complete delivery.
11. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Physical Items
The learner should inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. A complaint about a damaged, missing or incorrect Tool Kit component should be submitted as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so that courier and packing records can be reviewed.
The complaint should include the learner's full name, registered email address, registered mobile number, course name, transaction or order ID, Delivery Address, tracking number and clear photographs or other reasonable evidence of the parcel, label, packaging and affected item.
- The Company may verify packing records, inventory, courier scans, parcel weight, photographs and other relevant information.
- Where a valid shortage, material damage or incorrect item is established, the Company may replace the affected component, send the missing component, provide a substantially equivalent item or offer another remedy required or permitted by law.
- Minor wear to outer courier packaging that does not affect the Tool Kit contents will not by itself qualify as product damage.
- The learner should retain the parcel, packaging and affected item until the Company completes the review or provides further instructions.
12. Returns, Exchanges and Relationship with the Refund Policy
Physical Tool Kits are supplied as course-related educational materials. Unless required by applicable law or approved by the Company for a verified defect, shortage or incorrect item, a Tool Kit cannot be returned or exchanged because of change of mind, personal preference, non-use, course non-attendance or dissatisfaction unrelated to a material defect.
A shipping delay, failed delivery attempt or Tool Kit complaint does not automatically create a right to cancel, change, transfer or swap the course. Course refunds and payment remedies remain governed by the Company's applicable Refund Policy and mandatory law. Nothing in this section restricts a statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Learner Responsibilities
- Confirm the selected course, Tool Kit inclusion, shipping charge, delivery territory and estimated timelines before payment.
- Provide accurate registration, email, mobile number and Delivery Address details and promptly report any error before dispatch.
- Keep account and delivery communications secure and monitor registered channels for activation, tracking and courier notices.
- Inspect physical items promptly, retain relevant packaging and submit complete evidence for a delivery complaint.
- Use Tool Kit items responsibly and follow any safety, storage, handling or age-related instructions supplied with the item.
14. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
The Company will not be treated as having failed to deliver solely because performance is delayed or prevented by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or public-health restrictions, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, transport interruption, courier or logistics network failure, labour disruption, internet or platform outage, fire, flood or other comparable event. The Company will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume performance when practicable.
15. How to Report an Access or Delivery Issue
Email support@rajaranicoaching.com with the subject line "Delivery Support" and include:
- Full name, registered email address and registered mobile number.
- Course name and the relevant order or transaction ID.
- For digital access issues: payment proof, screenshot of the account or error and a brief description of the problem.
- For physical delivery issues: complete Delivery Address, tracking number, delivery date or last tracking update and relevant photographs or documents.
- A clear description of the assistance or issue requiring review.
Incomplete or unverifiable complaints may require additional information before they can be investigated. Submission of a complaint does not itself establish liability or approval of a refund, replacement or other remedy.
16. Review and Resolution
The Company will review a complete complaint within a reasonable period and may coordinate with the payment gateway, technology provider, warehouse, courier or other relevant service provider. Investigation and resolution time will depend on the nature of the issue and the response time of third parties.
Where the complaint is valid, the Company will provide access, correct account activation, re-dispatch, replace an affected component or offer another appropriate remedy according to the circumstances, the order terms and applicable law. The Company may reject fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, unsupported or abusive claims after reasonable review.

18. Changes to This Policy
The Company may revise this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in delivery methods, courier arrangements, Platform functionality, business operations or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective or last-updated date. The terms displayed or accepted for a particular order will ordinarily govern that order, except where a legal change must apply or the updated term is more favourable to the learner.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable goods and services tax laws and other relevant laws and regulations, as amended from time to time.

20. Severability and Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes any right, duty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
