The video is not playing properly, how can I fix it?

If the video is not playing properly, please try reinstalling the application once. After reinstalling, log in again and try playing the video.

The course is not showing after purchase, what should I do?

First, please check which mobile number you used to purchase the course and make sure you are logged in with the same number. If the course is still not showing, please contact our support team for help on 6351112680

PDF download ya open nahi ho rahi hai, kya karein? 

Agar PDF download ya open nahi ho rahi hai, to please ek baar app ko uninstall karke dobara install karein.
Usually isse issue solve ho jata hai. Agar phir bhi problem aaye to hume 6351112680 par contact karein.

Can I watch the course on multiple devices?

For security reasons, the course can be accessed on only one device at a time. If you log in on another device, the previous device may automatically log out.

How Long will i get access to my course ?

Your course access duration is shown in the Library section.
Go to the course in your Library, and you will see the expiry date mentioned below the course. Your access will remain active until that date.

Can I watch my course classes on a laptop?

To watch classes on your laptop, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge browser on your laptop.
  2. Open the given class link in the browser.
    Link : https://rajaraniacademy.graphy.com/
  3. Click on Create Account / Login on the dashboard.
  4. Enter the same mobile number or email ID that you used while purchasing the course.
After logging in, you will be able to access and watch your classes on laptop.

I am not receiving OTP during login, what should I do?

If you are not receiving the OTP during login, please try the following:

  1. Make sure the mobile number entered is correct.
  2. Check whether your mobile number has an active recharge/plan to receive SMS.
  3. Check the SMS section of your phone to see if the OTP message has been received.
If you are outside India, OTP service may not be supported in some countries. In that case, please log in using your registered email ID.
